Maryam is a UK-based digital artist known for her vibrant, whimsical style featuring bold color choices and striking imagery. She portrays themes of nostalgia and a sense of belonging in her work, stemming from her personal experiences of re-connecting with her Bangladeshi culture and heritage.

This began with a trip back home in 2020 to visit her husband's family. It was during this time that she found a true appreciation for her roots, whilst visiting some of the most iconic areas of natural beauty in the region.

In keeping with this, Maryam's pieces often feature nods to wider South Asia including regional wildlife, plants, transportation, and landmarks inspired by her travels in recent years.

I'm committed to doing my bit to help the planet and so have switched over to more recyclable, compostable and biodegradable packaging where possible. Going forward we hope to find more eco-friendly alternatives and reduce the use of single-use plastics and films that hurt the environment.
